“Len's art is funny and stylish. Lots of guys can draw, but only a few can make you laugh. Len does both with a smile.” –Gerry Conway, legendary comic creator
Started in 2007 as a way to pay for the birth of my youngest daughter, Monster By Mail has become a frighteningly-successful project allowing me creating over 1300 original pieces of art for monster lovers everywhere.
Looking for a new way to spruce up your Facebook or Twitter page? Why not choose one of my custom drawn Flipface avatars? Inexpensive and fun, it's a great way to stand out in the social media crowd.
Created as a reaction to my own personal fear of poverty and impending loss, TentTown is an online-only graphic novel written by Tom Merritt and illustrated by me. New pages are uploaded as our schedules permit.

cool things

I have been incredibly fortunate to work on some really awesome projects. Internet memes. Art collaborations. Just plain creative stuff.

Here’s a growing list of things I’ve been involved in:

E-Zombie

Are you ready for the Zombocolypse? No? Well, at least you’ll be able to send warning messages and/or pleas for help with this hand-drawn Zombie Alphabet. Featured on Boing Boing and MetaFilter.

700 Hoboes

I designed the site and participated in the online art meme called The 700 Hoboes Project based on the list written by author and minor television celebrity, John Hodgman. I also designed the site and participated in the online art meme called The 700 Moleman Project once again based on the list written by author and minor television celebrity, John Hodgman.

Rifftrax

I was able to create some special art for the Rifftrax Plan 9 Live Event, the 2009 Rifftrax Christmas Event, and the Reefer Madness Live Show and House on Haunted Hill Live Show. I was even able to draw Weird Al Yankovic. I know! Awesome, right?

W00tstock

I provided the official poster for W00tstock events that happened in San Francisco and Los Angeles in October 2009. I was also a part of w00stock events in Chicago, Minneapolis and San Diego where I drew live onstage.

Audience Conference

I illustrated all the speakers and performers at Loren Feldman’s Audience Conference in November 2009.

Sequential Panels Of Awesome

While most of Twitter was on the JoCo Cruise Crazy, I kept things lively with this comic strip. New episodes coming soonishly.
